Got the chicken fried ribeye.... The breading was falling off before my knife even touched the meat which was unfortunate.... Not a great cut of meat but the fries were good and good gravy... My friend ordered a side of onion rings... They cost $8, almost as much as an entree for one 10 small onion rings order which definitely caught him off guard... I'm sure there are items that are great, but the day I went it left much to be desired considering the prices and options of places nearby like cutthroat.
Had a tasty meal here on Labor Day. Food was warm and fresh. Server was attentive and friendly. Have eaten here before, but for some reason this was my best meal and visit. Recommended!!
Good food for dinner and good food for breakfast. Have been there 7 or 8 times and haven't had a complaint. They also have many gluten free options that I'm told are really good.
Non-existent service. Tried this place twice and could barely get acknowledged. Food is so-so on visit one but gave it another chance. The second time we just walked out. I see other reviews that talk about feeling at home and friendly staff. Must be family members because it is not realistic to expect to be seated and eat in any reasonable amount of time. Pack a bag or bring a good book if you are going to try this place.
Stopped there late afternoon last Friday. Sat on patio and got to meet owners, Lynn & Dennis as they set up for a rehearsal dinner. Very sweet! Had the turkey melt w/ avocado sandwich which was great. Even had dessert that was a HUGE slice of homemade cake and coffee. Perfect treat for a late Friday lunch.
