The service was absolutely horrible. The two server girls just sat on their phones the entire time or were chatting and eating. My mother ordered a burger medium rare, it came out well done. But nobody came to check on us for us to even say anything. Our drinks sat empty. One of the young servers was very rude, still didn't check on us even after i had to go up to the counter finally. She let the older lady handle it. Wouldn't even apologize. I used to live here and come in all the time. Back then the service was great. I drove up all the way from castle rock and wanted to enjoy the good food... but never again will I come back. Very disappointed with the way this place is now. Used to be such a great place with great food. The older gal at least was very friendly and made sure we had drinks to go. If it wasn't for her I would have walked right now thats how disgusted I am.
Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The green chili smothered breakfast burrito was delicious! Will definitely be back here when we're passing through Bailey.
Awesome food, had biscuits and gravy with hash browns for breakfast. Had country fried pork chop with sides and cheesy bacon potato soup for dinner. Large servings, you wont leave hungry! Great value.
We have had breakfast a few times at Cut Throat Cafe, and have enjoyed our meals each time. Everyone is very friendly, and the owner likes to come out and visit. It's definitely a place where you can see longtime friends gathering for their weekly "catch-up" times. A very homey feel, and we love all the little signs and knickknacks scattered throughout (and many are for sale).
I used to come here all the time when I was a kid. Emily Keyes was always my waitress. I was extremely excited to show my little family where I grew up and this place in particular had some of the most amazing food 10 years ago. We had the worst experience when we went to visit though. Drove two and a half hours for very poor service. I paid $8 for a child's plate with no tomatoes and no onions so they took everything off of all three of our burgers and cooked them all well when we asked for medium. The server did not come to check on us a single time and when we asked for sweet tea she gave us regular tea. I asked if I could have sweet tea not regular tea she told us there is sweetener. It would have been nice to have been told that before we got our tea. Me my husband and my son ordered the cheapest thing on the menu and still paid over $30. I shouldn't have tipped at all but I figured $1 would show that I still respect Cutthroat Cafe but they need to find some new servers and train their Cooks better. My husband was ten times more impressed with Hog Heaven
